Do you design and develop the whole website?
Yes. A project can cover discovery, experience design, visual design, development, launch preparation, and handover. We agree the exact deliverables in your project proposal so you know what is included.
Can you improve an existing Shopify store?
Absolutely. We can start with your current store, identify the areas that need attention, and scope a redesign, custom feature, or focused set of improvements. We review the existing theme and apps before recommending a direction.
How much does a project cost?
Pricing depends on the scope, number of templates, design complexity, integrations, and content requirements. Share your brief and budget range through the project form. You will receive a proposal before making a commitment.
How long will it take?
Timing depends on the scope, content readiness, integrations, and feedback rounds. We agree a realistic schedule at the proposal stage, with clear milestones and dependencies.
Will I be able to edit the website myself?
Yes. Shopify projects are built with editable sections and practical theme settings wherever the scope allows. Handover explains how to manage the content and day-to-day changes included in your build.
What do you need from me to get started?
A short description of your business, the website you have now if any, your goals, and your preferred budget and timeline. Brand assets, content, product information, and access requirements are covered during discovery.
Do you provide support after launch?
Post-launch support and any ongoing work are defined in your proposal. New features and work outside the agreed scope are quoted separately, so there are no assumptions about an unlimited service.
